Reasoning are finally made clear about why Joe Paterno was fired from Penn State Head Football Coaching  job. He was let go for the failure to show leadership because he did not take the situation further than just telling higher management. He was only supposed to tell people in higher power but the people said that that wasn't good enough to keep his job, they say he should have told authorities or tried harder to stop Sandusky.
