Countries neighboring North Korea oppose Nuclear tests because they may destabilize the region. South Korea's leaders say as far as they know, North Korea will not do anything to destabilize the area. China's vice foreign minister says keeping peace on the Korean peninsula and in northeast Asia is the biggest concern for all countries involved not just china.

6 year old handcuffed after throwing tantrum

In Midgeville Georgia, a 6 year old girl was throwing a tantrum in the principals office and the principal called the police. She was handcuffed and brought to jail in the back of a cop car. The principal said she was tearing things off the walls, upending furniture, and knocked a shelf over on the principal and he got hurt. The child is suspended until the next school year starts.

The Wisconsin Badgers are in spring training right now and reports say they are working on a new package. They want to put Montee Ball and James white in the backfield at once. The Coaches said they wanted to use their talent the most they can. Brett Favre signed with the Milwaukee Bucks. The deal is worth $1.43 billion and he is now the highest paid player ever in any sport in the world. He is going to be starting small forward which is a spot needed to be filled by the Bucks. He is scheduled to start tomorrow after no days of practice. Brett is quoted to have said, "I dont need any practice because I am a natural athlete and I play basketball in my driveway with my daughter."
